How do I do this? How do I look into booking a party?

Use our Booking Form and send in your date and time and we’ll respond letting you know if it is available. Just confirm and that’s it!
 
How do I know the Laser Tag can come to my house?
Our equipment is very versatile can be set up anywhere and any conditions (NO WATER LOCATIONS) other than light rain and or snow. Can also be setup in a nearby park, church, parking lot or just an open front.
 
Will the kids know what to do?

That’s why we bring our Game Coach! He/She helps the kids along, inspires and instructs. We make sure it’s the party of the year!
 
What about bad weather?

Although we can operate in light rain or snow if weather conditions are extreme we reserve the right to reschedule. (Example: extreme temperatures, snow, ice,  freezing rain, storm warnings, etc.)
 
What time should I make the party?

We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is one hour or half-hour before our arrival time. 
 
What if too many people show up to the party? Is there an extra charge?

Certainly not! Bring them on! We 'll keep them all having fun!
 
Do I tip the Match Coach?

The Match Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He/she tutors inspires and entertains. Tipping for service is a great idea, but not required.
 

Do I have to pay for the party in advance?

Our reservations go quickly. At the time the details of your party are confirmed a 50% deposit is required to place your reservation 7 days prior to your party your remaining balance will be due.  All party reservations must be paid in full prior to the event, no exceptions.  If paying the balance by check, must allow 7 days before the party to clear.
NOTE: Once a date has been requested and confirmed by us for availability at least 50% deposit is required within a 7 day period to hold that date. If no payment is received within the 7 days, we reserve the right to consider that date still open.
 
What time will you be arriving?

The Match Coach arrives in plenty of time to be setup and start your party at the designated start time. Normally between 10-20 minutes ahead of time.

How can my organization raise funds through Battlefield Laser Tag?

If a school, church or non-profit hands out our flyer and a party is booked as a result, the organization receives $20 cash back for fundraising. We will print the half-page, full-color flyers and drop them off; all you have do is distribute them! No cost, no risk, no selling cookie dough! You can even do an e-mail blast! We can also raise funds by being part of a “kids zone” at a large event and either charging tickets to play in the Battlefield Laser Tag or accepting a wristband or tickets for the timed play. Depending on the arrangement, either a percentage goes back to the organization or 100% goes back, if the Battlefield Laser Tag has been hired in advance.
